These images taken with a Nikon D90 (18-105mm) at f8 - 40sec - ISO - 400. At 30 secs (or 75% of the exposure) simply manually twist the zoom lens to achieve the zoom effect.

Took this stock image (stock.xchng) and added a grunge effect with Topaz Adjust 3 then filled the foreground using the Flaming Pear "Flood" filter. (click for larger images)
After opening this stock image in Photoshop I ran the Topaz Simplify plug-in filter using the "Underpainting" option. I then increased the saturation and added some text to create the final image. (click for larger image)
This shot was taken in Montmartre, Paris during our trip to France and the UK 2008. The original image had a green garbage bin attached to the wall in the left foreground. Easily cloned out in Photoshop.
