These images taken with a Nikon D90 (18-105mm)
at f8 - 40sec - ISO - 400.
At 30 secs (or 75% of the exposure) simply manually twist the zoom lens to achieve the zoom effect.

Urban Decay

Took this stock image (stock.xchng) and added a grunge effect with Topaz Adjust 3 then filled the foreground using the Flaming Pear "Flood" filter. (click for larger images)

Photoshop & Topaz Filters

After opening this stock image in Photoshop I ran the Topaz Simplify plug-in filter using the "Underpainting" option. I then increased the saturation and added some text to create the final image. (click for larger image)
